How to submit projects through Workfront

Beginning Nov. 15, 2018, all alumni group project requests for communications support must be submitted through Workfront. This new intake system is more intuitive than its predecessor, Workamajig, and should provide a better user experience.

Visit or to access Workfront. Once logged in, be sure to choose “Alumni Club Communication Request” or “Alumni Society Communication Request” under the request type drop-down. If you fill out any other form, your request will not be funneled through the proper channels.

Please find the tutorial materials below to help you navigate through the submission process. Contact your regional engagement representative with questions or if you need help identifying your group’s login information.

The following timelines, as indicated in the Alumni Group Handbook, still apply:

• Print requests – Six weeks from project confirmation to mailbox arrival

• Email requests – Two weeks from project confirmation to final delivery

• Web requests – Up to three business days from project confirmation
