Review your Alumni Group Logo Usage by January 31, 2019

It’s been over three years since we introduced the Regional Engagement plan. This was a comprehensive effort to support our 170 alumni groups around the world. A huge part of that alignment is our university brand. The logos, images and trademarks provide a consistent Buckeye look and feel. Most groups are doing a stellar job representing our brand, but in recent months we have found many old logos still in use. These logos appear on social media, websites, merchandise, emails, newsletters, etc.

To maintain and strengthen the university brand, it’s essential to follow approved branding guidelines. We need your help. Please review all print and online materials and make sure they are coming from the alumni group digital toolkit. The deadline to review these materials is Jan. 31, 2019. Groups using unapproved logos after this date will be ineligible for future incentives. We sent a letter to alumni group presidents in December with this information.
